Community Involvement

Here at Crown Ford Inc., we are beyond proud to be a part of the Nassau County community. Our greater goal isn't to just sell cars, it's to be an active part of a community and to provide for our members in ways that aren't so easy for a single individual. We seek to contribute to our employees, families, other local businesses, and charitable organizations of all kinds! We hope to help in a way that makes a difference for as many as possible.

Organizations we’ve worked with:

On March 25th we're celebrating our roots by sponseoring the Rockville Centre's St. Patrick's Parade to promote Irish heritage and culture, family and patriotic values; while also promoting and financially supporting three charities; and contributing to the good and welfare of the residents and businesses of Rockville Centre. This year's charities are The Ryan Patrick O’Shea Foundation which increases mental health awareness and education to prevent suicide. HELP Uganda which works with the impoverished refugee village of Masese, Uganda to help break the cycle of hunger, disease, illiteracy, and poverty. And St. Laserian’s School which has provided a quality learning environment for its students since 1969. So join Grand Marshal Tommy McNicholas and us as we enjoy some Irish culture as we work to make the world a better place.

If there is one thing we pride ourselves in being a part of, it would be the Breast Cancer Research Foundation. Breast cancer is one of the most devastating afflictions to affect American families, so any little step we can take towards advancing reasearch for this disease is a step we're ready to take. This year, we participated in the Lynbrook Sports For a Cure Festival by donating to our community's very own Lynbrook East Rockaway Soccer Club in hopes that we could not only support our local soccer league with food and drinks, but also to raise awareness towards a disease that affects thousands of women every year. Together, we can make a difference.

This year we also decided to be a sponsor of the Hope For The Warriors Long Island 5K! We feel so honored to be able to support our veterans and their families as they seek to build hope and self at home. Our monetary donations aren't the end of it though. We also provided a recumbant cycle to a randomly chosen disabled veteran! We've been donating large sums to this event on a yearly basis and have no intention of stopping. We can't wait to continue supporting our local veterans and seek to do so until it's no longer an option!
