All boast a 10-speed SelectShift automatic transmission and a 3.5L EcoBoost engine, while certain trims have an available 3.5 L EcoBoost High-Output engine.

2. Performance Capabilities

The Expedition does not skimp when it comes to performance. Available advanced technology features include electronic power-assist rack and pinion steering, trailer sway control, intelligent four-wheel drive with terrain management system, integrated trailer brake controller with heavy-duty trailer tow package, and multilink independent rear suspension.

Ford Co-Pilot360 Technology comes on every trim with features like AdvanceTrac with roll stability control, electronic stability control, and traction control, as well as available options like lane-centering assist, hill start assist, and hill descent control.

3. Interior Design and Comfort

Depending on the trim, your Expedition will seat between five and eight people. Front passengers can enjoy heated and ventilated seats and a dual- or tri-zone electronic automatic temperature control system. At the same time, those in the second and third rows can utilize the rear auxiliary climate controls.

Other available options are a power-folding tip and slide captain’s chairs in the second row, a 40/20/40 split bench manual reclining fold-flat seat with a center slide in the second row, a 60/40 PowerFold with a power recline third-row seat, a 10-way power driver seat with memory, and eight-way power passenger seats, and leather-trimmed seats.

4. Entertainment

When great sound is what you’re looking for, be sure to opt for the B&O Sound System, which features 12 or even as many as 22 speakers and a subwoofer.
